Travelling from Kandy to Arugam Bay by Bus


You can take a bus from Kandy to Ampara, which takes around 5 hours. From Ampara, another bus will take you to Pottuvil in about 2 hours, from where you can easily reach Arugam Bay. Please note that there are no direct train services from Kandy to Arugam Bay.
